John Myrato
Support Colorist
John Myrato, a Long Island native, made the move to Los Angeles with two friends in 1992. Three years later, John got his first job in the industry as a driver for Dubs, Inc. He went to work for Digital Magic in 1998 where he got his first taste of telecine. When the company was dissolved, John became an assistant colorist at Riot where he would work alongside fellow New Hat employees Bob, Beau, and Marcelo. In 2009, he moved on to work at Company 3. John was given the opportunity to join New Hat in July of 2010 and immediately jumped at the offer. When not working, John spends time with his wife and his daughter Alyssa. He also enjoys photography, gadgets, computers and pretty much all technology. He also loves watching sports, riding his bicycle and playing racquetball, softball and hockey. |
