Cassidy Greenwood
Support Colorist
Cassidy Greenwood grew up in a small town in mid-Missouri. At the tender age of 17, Cassidy left the small farm town life to move to Florida and study music. While at Full Sail University, Cassidy met film students and began to help as a boom op on small projects at the school. After receiving an associate's degree in the recording arts, he met a film student that needed help moving to Los Angeles. At the time, Cassidy was a poor college student and could us a free ride to the big city. In 2005, he made his way to California and started his career working in the audio working at numerous recording and live theatre production. While on set, Cassidy was hired at a post production house as a runner where he began developed knowledge of the film industry. A few years later he moved to the west side to become an employee at New Hat in the vault and is now an assistant colorist.
Cassidy resides in Santa Monica and likes to spend his free time outdoors, making music, and making the most of life. Cassidy is the free spirit here at New Hat and allows life to take him on many journeys. |
