New Hat’s reception desk is shared between sisters Monique and Alexis Ziering. Before joining the New Hat family, Alexis worked for Education Advantage Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides free after-school tutoring and mentoring. Outside of the office, Alexis studies creative writing at SMC and enjoys road trips, crafting jewelry, watching old movies and learning how to play guitar.
